Enjoying a leisurely weekend on the west coast, Kourtney Kardashian was spotted out in Beverly Hills with son Mason Disick on Saturday (January 8).
The "Keeping Up with Kardashians" cutie toted her adorable tot in her arms as the pair meandered over to Tree House Social Club for a private party for Nicole Richie's daughter Harlow Madden.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the party outing comes amidst bad news for Kourtney and her reality star family - as the Kardashian ladies have been sued for $75 million over their now defunct debit card.
With the suit being brought on by The Revenue Resource Group for breach of contract after they backed out of promotions, a statement from the family lawyer said at the time, "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults. Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."
