It’s that time of year, when families all over will participate in the time-honored tradition of gathering around the television and watching Christmas movies. And this year, Collider’s website has assembled a list of the top ten Yule Tide films for your viewing pleasure.
Of course classics like “It’s a Wonderful Life” and “Miracle on 34th Street” made the cut, as they’ve been favorites for years. Modern Christmas tales like “Elf,” “Bad Santa,” and “The Polar Express” were also named among the cream of the crop. And the remaining five films on the list were “Scrooged,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” “A Christmas Story,” “Home Alone,” “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles,” and “The Muppet Christmas Carol.” Enjoy the clips below of some of the top ten Christmas films.
